Florentina Șușnea is the Managing Partner of PKF Finconta. Her professional experience includes the fields of statutory audit and IFRS, tax consulting, tax residency issues, financial and fiscal restructuring, documentation and Transfer Pricing policies, mergers and divisions, M&A, forensic, accounting and tax expertise, and procurement due diligence.
Florentina is an accredited member of the following professional organizations: the Chamber of Fiscal Consultants, the Chamber of Financial Auditors of Romania, the Body of Expert Accountants and Certified Accountants of Romania, and the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists. She graduated from the Faculty of Finance and Accounting at the Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest, the Faculty of Law at the University “Titu Maiorescu”, the MBA program at Tiffin University in the USA, is a doctor in economics and has attended numerous national and international courses in taxation.
